This client is a leader in benefits management, simplifying the complex process of shopping, enrolling, and managing health, ancillary, and voluntary benefits. They also assist insurance brokers, local and state government agencies, employers, and their workers.

Existing challenges:

The company had a complex, hybrid environment spread across multiple cloud platforms and legacy systems, which forced them to move towards a cloud-native architecture running on Kubernetes and migrate workloads to AWS. This resulted in increased complexity.

The client was also facing critical performance issues in production due to incomplete testing methodologies, extended testing phases, and the use of disparate monitoring tools for managing IT performance. This delayed product releases, hindered visibility and transparency across the test and development teams, and made it difficult to identify and resolve anomalies or performance issues.
